Pancreatic rapid access clinic slated to open this fall
While COVID-19 continues to impact many avenues of work, the dedication to get the clinic up and running remains a top priority.
“Work is continuing on the space and we have the clinic personnel lined up to begin work as soon as the situation with COVID-19 starts to ease restrictions on in-person visits on a larger scale,” says Dr. Daniel Renouf, executive medical director, BC Cancer. “In the meantime, we continue to see and care for patients both virtually and in clinic under the guidelines of best practices from the provincial health authority.”
The rapid access clinic is estimated to open later this fall.
